What is your service fee?
Do we accept CC (credit cards)?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Do you charge extra to look at multiple appliances?
Usually no we do not. Unless it is an exceptionally lengthy time consuming process. Worst case it is an extra 20 dollars per appliance.
What information do we need to provide you before setting up an appointment ?
We will need your address.
What appliance you are needing fixed.
If you are able to provide a model number that is also helpful, but not required.
We have pets is that okay?
Absolutely. I love dogs and cats, I would just ask that they be kept out of the room I am working on, that way I am able to effectively get your appliance repaired. Other wise I might find a new best friend and get distracted. 😀
