Our diagnostic fee is $95. That covers Nate coming to your home, inspecting the appliance or system, and giving you an honest, upfront quote before any repair work begins. If you decide to move forward with the repair, that $95 comes off the total cost. If you hear the diagnosis and decide not to fix it, the $95 is still due for the trip and his time.
We respond to new calls and estimate requests within 30 minutes. Nate answers his own phone whenever he can, so most calls get a live answer rather than a callback.
Usually, yes. Most appliance and HVAC repairs are completed the same day if the needed parts are already on hand. If a specialty part has to be ordered, we'll tell you upfront and schedule the follow-up as fast as possible.
Standard repairs carry a 60-day warranty. Select major repairs carry a 1-year warranty. Nate will let you know which applies before the work is done.
Yes, credit cards are accepted. We do not currently offer financing, and payment is due the day the job is completed.
No. Payment is collect on delivery (COD), due the day the job is done, for every customer including landlords and home warranty companies. We're glad to work with property managers and warranty companies, but we don't offer Net-30 billing terms.
We repair Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Amana and more. If you don't see your brand listed, call or text and ask, most major residential brands are covered.
No. We don't service commercial or standalone ice makers, KitchenAid stand mixers, or countertop microwaves. Built-in refrigerator ice makers are covered as part of a standard refrigerator repair visit.
