Yes, $95. It covers the visit, the diagnosis, and an honest upfront quote before any repair work begins. If you move forward with the repair, that $95 goes toward the bill. If you decide not to fix it after hearing the diagnosis, the $95 is still owed for the trip and the diagnosis.
Credit cards are accepted, and payment is due the day the job is completed (COD). We don't offer Net-30 billing for any customer, including landlords and home warranty companies.
