Yes. Every diagnostic visit, whether it's a refrigerator, a furnace, or an AC unit, starts with the same $95 fee. That covers Nate coming out, diagnosing the actual problem, and giving you an upfront quote before any repair begins. Move forward with that repair and the $95 applies to the bill. Decide not to and the $95 still covers the visit.
Call or text and describe what you have. We don't service commercial or standalone ice makers, KitchenAid stand mixers, or countertop microwaves, but most residential kitchen, laundry, and HVAC equipment is fair game.
Often, yes. Mention everything you'd like looked at when you call, and Nate will let you know what can be handled in the same visit.
Usually, based on the day's schedule. We respond to new calls within 30 minutes and fit in same-day and emergency visits whenever we can, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
60 days on standard repairs across every service, and 1 year on select major repairs. Nate will tell you which applies before the work is done.
